JADE GREEN 2 ply worsted weight soft wool yarn from our American farm. Has a small amount of shading. Kettle dyed. Skeins have several sizes available. FREE SHIPPING on orders of $35.00 or more from our Farm Store. About 5 sts/inch on US size 7 knitting needles. About 9 wraps per inch.
The wool is all grown by our sheep, sheared by me then washed and brought to Green Mountain Spinnery for processing into woolen spun yarn. When yarn is back to us, I skein, kettle dye, then wash yarn again so it's ready for you to work with. Our wool is a combination of fine, down and long wool breeds from our farm. It's super soft with plenty of spring, elasticity and bounce! Has great stitch definition.
