WHITE SHEEP undyed natural color worsted weight 3 ply wool yarn from our farm. 250 yard skein about 4 oz. each. Other sizes also listed. FREE SHIPPING with order of $35.00 or more from our Farm Store. It knits up at about 5 sts. per inch using size 7 needles. Takes dye easily. No knots in our yarn!
Wool was grown on our farm then hand sheared and washed by me before going to Green Mountain Spinnery to be spun into yarn. When my yarn is finished I skein and wash it again before shipping. No added scent or superwash chemicals!

This is the second time I have purchased yarn from this seller as the yarn feels good to the touch, has great stitch definition and for one of my projects felted really well. I recommend this yarn and will purchase from this seller again i the future.

Just tried this yarn on my 4” Weave-it pin loom and it is the perfect yarn for this loom. It’s been challenging to find the right weight yarn for this old loom from the 1930s, but finally found it. Unfortunately I didn’t have much knowledge about wool, so I left this yarn in front of a window in the sun and it got yellowed quickly. I am really impressed with the quality of it though, soft and heavy weight, would make excellent warm winter blankets.

I love this yarn! It arrived quickly and is just as expected. As a fan of American history (especially the revolutionary war) the story of this farm makes it extra special. Highly recommend.
