Barn Star Christmas stocking knitting pattern. Uses a graph for the design. Booklet format.
Uses worsted weight yarn at 5 sts/inch. Gauge is not critical with this project! Top is knitted flat to make it easier to work the color chart. Stocking is joined after the design is completed, using DP needles. A 16" circular needle can be used for the ankle and the foot. You will still need DP's for the heel and the toe. The pattern is a great project for new sock knitters. Included is alphabet graph to add a name at the top.
