ORCHID worsted weight 3 ply soft woolen spun wool yarn in skeins. Free Shipping offer for orders of $35.00 or more from our farm store. Gauge is about 5 sts per inch on US size 7 or 8 needles.
Wool for this yarn is Romney, Tunis x Merino. Kettle dyed yarns have natural variations in shade. No two skeins are exactly alike.
I do all the sheep shearing in the Spring, then wash the wool prior to bringing it to Green Mountain Spinnery to be woolen spun into yarn. When the yarn returns on cones, I skein it, wash it, dye some then wash it again. Now it's ready for you! Visit us at www.generalbaileyfarm.com
